Another of Sikandar’s alter-egos, Charley Flynn, known as “The Prettiest Bootlegger East of the Mississippi”. He is at least partly Irish but looks a good deal like Sikandar.
Says Sikandar, who will take responsibility for Charley’s further development, “ I can’t imagine him being particularly troubled about killing people, to be honest.It’s a means to an end.”
Charley also likes power and wishes to move up in the ranks, so to speak, of the criminal hierarchy.
Let the records show that Sikandar says I drew his hair wrong.
